I use only the finest, healthiest, most nutrient-dense ingredients in my products.  Contrary to many of the gluten-free options out there, my products do not contain rice flours, rice starches, or rice syrups.  Find comfort knowing that all of my products were created with a discerning palate and healthy living in mind, so you can feel good about what you eat, what you feed your family, and what you serve your guests.  While we keep in mind a multitude of dietary restraints, it's never apparent in my homemade recipes.  Truly kid-tested and husband-approved, my  products are classic, absolutely delicious, and make gluten-free, gourmet baking fun, easy and attainable.  

I never rice products in my baking.  A gluten-free diet can be so high in rice products, I prefer other healthy ingredients instead.  From rice flours, starches, and syrups, every meal from breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and  dessert can all have a multitude of rice-based ingredients.  I don't believe it's ever good to eat one food  in such excess, especially a food that is notoriously high in arsenic.  If anyone needs to watch out for consuming potentially toxic foods, it's a person with intestinally-compromised related diseases such as Celiac Disease, gluten-intolerance, etc. 

While offering exciting ingredients like Coconut flour and Almond flour, I also offer delicious nut-free products with my own nutritious blend of ingredients like Millet flour and Sorghum flour.  Keep in mind, since you are baking this at home, you can always use any of your milk or egg substitutes if you have dietary restrictions.

"Did You Know...On average, brown rice contains 160 parts per billion!  The FDA has regulated drinking water to have a proposed legal limit of 10 parts per billion.  This limit was set to avoid the negative health effects of long term exposure to arsenic.  This means that most of the rice from the unregulated rice industry contains 16 times the legal limit of arsenic, which over time would have serious health implications.  This is why I am committed to bringing you delicious gluten-free products that do not contain rice."
